Inspired by the music and lifestyle of the iconic Ol' Blue Eyes, our menu is a harmonious blend of classic elegance and contemporary flair. Each dish pays homage to Sinatra's favorite flavors and the timeless appeal of his era, promising a night of indulgence and delight.

Salad:

The Chairman’s Arugula Salad Crisp arugula tossed with shaved Parmesan and drizzled with a zesty lemon vinaigrette, just the way Ol’ Blue Eyes would have liked it.

Choice of:

Penne alla La Dolce Vita A rich and creamy vodka sauce envelopes perfectly cooked penne, evoking the elegance and indulgence of Sinatra’s beloved Italy.

Swingin’ Eggplant Parmesan  Layers of baked eggplant, infused with Italian herbs, marinara, and mozzarella cheese, come together in perfect harmony, much like Sinatra’s timeless tunes.

Frankie’s Chicken Milanese Tender, thin-cut chicken, lightly breaded and fried to golden perfection, served with asparagus and charred tomatoes, capturing the sophisticated simplicity of Sinatra’s favorite dishes.

Lemon Torte alla SinatraA luscious lemon torte with a refreshing zing, providing a sweet and tangy finale to an unforgettable meal, reminiscent of Sinatra's zest for life.
